1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using lebu.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users, including business owners, managers, and DSRs (Delivery Sales Representatives) who access the platform.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

lebu.app provides a cloud-based distribution management platform that enables wholesale businesses to manage inventory, dispatch operations, DSR performance, retailer relationships, and financial reporting. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
  • Each subscription is for a single business entity — sharing accounts across multiple businesses is prohibited

4. Subscription & Payment

4.1 Plans & Pricing

lebu.app offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, and Custom) with monthly billing in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Current pricing is displayed on our website.

4.2 Early Access Pricing

Early access pricing is locked in for the lifetime of your subscription, provided payments remain current. If your subscription lapses and you resubscribe, standard pricing applies.

4.3 Payment

Payment is due monthly on your billing date. We accept bKash and bank transfers. Invoices are issued upon payment. Failure to pay within the grace period (7 days after due date) may result in account suspension.

4.4 Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use lebu.app to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations of Bangladesh
  • Store or transmit fraudulent, misleading, or illegal information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
  • Use the Service to build a competing product
  • Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into lebu.app. We do not claim any rights over your operational data (products, inventory, retailers, transactions, etc.).

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Service Availability & Uptime

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lebu.app and its team shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
  • Loss of business data due to user error, hardware failure, or events beyond our control
  • Business losses, lost profits, or revenue shortfalls

Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time:

  • By you: Cancel from your account settings or contact support. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in fraudulent activity — with reasonable notice except in cases of severe violation.

Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days for recovery purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice. Material changes that reduce functionality for paid subscribers will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing that, through the competent courts of Bangladesh.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
